| Roland Luther Lewis and wife Lavina Ann Cain
show up as parents in the birth records of Bladen County in the
1910s, but the Author has not be able to tie them to any existing
Lewis families in the area. Roland and Lavina were married in
Bladen County on 11/20/1909, and their marriage certificate claims
that Roland was from Robeson County, NC. Lavina Cain Lewis was
born 5/30/1879 and died 11/3/1960. According to the Bladen Birth
Records, they had five children prior to Aline, but no records
exist on these five children. Nothing else is known on Roland
and Lavina nor any other descendents. If anyone has any additional
